Creating an invoice:
You can use our invoice wizard to help you create your invoice in a few easy steps. Just enter the necessary information about your goods or services and contact information for your client. Then you can store the invoice for future additions or send it immediately!

Once you choose to send an invoice, DigiTub.com will process your invoice and send a copy via e-mail to your client.

That's all there is to it! Your client will be directed to send payment straight to you at the address you registered or via paypal for online payments.

Record keeping:
We'll keep a copy of the invoice handy for you to use at tax time -- and you can always log into your manager to mark an invoice paid, or to take a look at outstanding invoices. If an invoice hasn't been paid, you can send a reminder.

Download Invoices to Your Computer Download & Save Your Invoices Locally at any Time! Now you can download your invoices at any time right from your invoice manager. Simply click the PDF link and easily save a copy of the invoice on your computer.

PDF invoices You asked for it and we're giving it to you – all users can now access our PDF creation services at no additional charge! You can now e-mail PDF invoices, as well as download and save them to your local computer.

Import from Microsoft Excel Use our handy Excel template to import up to 1000 clients, invoice data or both! You can also import data from accounting programs, CRM applications or your own lists.

Export Your Data You can now export invoice and client data to Excel to perform your own ad-hoc reporting. You can also use the export tool to export data to an accounting program or other CRM tool. To do so, run an advanced search and then select the “export this list” link to export your data!

Line Items Database Forget about re-entering the same line-items over and over on invoices. Now you can set up a catalog of commonly used line items, such as hourly rates or goods that you sell.
